My name is Megan and I have a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University. I am looking for a Graphic Design or Web Developer position. My husband and I created our own game development company called Ackmi.com. in 2011. We have 12 shipped Android games, and 2 shipped Iphone/Ipad games. I am the lead designer and also help manage all of our projects. Our most popular game is The Hinterlands: Mining game. I also manage our servers for multiplayer game play. Some of our other products are Ackmi Dress Up 2, Fluffles Physics Puzzle game, and our newest game made in Unity Solitaire. I have created the user interfaces, graphics, sounds, music, and market place screenshots and icons for our games. I also designed and created our website using WordPress Ackmi.com. I am proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, and WordPress. I have working knowledge of C# in Unity and PHP in WordPress.
I have lived in Arizona my whole life and currently reside in the East Valley. I am looking to relocate to somewhere on the West Coast (California, Oregon, or Washington). Having grown up in the desert, I am looking for a change of scenery. When I am not working on increasing my graphic design and development skills I enjoy reading, rock climbing, hiking, going to the gym, video games, movies, and spending time with my husband and 3 cats.
